Description

Spinosaurus aegyptiacus is one of the most bizarre theropod dinosaur I ever known. With long crocodilish jaws, gigantic claws and the famous sail/hump thing on its back. One of its most famous picture is from the movie, Jurassic Park III which potrayed this dinosaur as the super vicious beast that destroyed T. rex and rampaged through the island. Another famous media that shows this dinosaur is the documentary, Planet Dinosaur which potrayed Spinosaurus somewhat much more peaceful, living as the fish eater that wade through the river to catch fish.

However, the new evidence of how Spinosaurus looked like have been found. Now, this dinosaur is found to be something much different than we imagined. It has very short legs, so short that its long arms almost touch the ground! The tail and neck is somewhat longer and the sail/hump on its back is more like square shape than half oval.

So, I must say that, it's time for we to say good bye to the giant blood-hunger beast and the giant stork with sail and welcome the "swimming corgi theropod"!!!

Edit: Just made it a little more correct... But even now, my Spino might not be accurate because the main paper on this discovery said that the animal might be a "knuckle-walker" similar to those anteaters... It is still not clear though and I don't want to fully re-draw it, so I'd stick with the corgi theropod like this until the final conclusion comes out...

So an animal that eats sharks is weak because sharks are not terrestrial prey. What's this logic?
